Before using "Slog - Budget & Money Tracker"(collectively referred as "Slog"), you need to be familiar with the terms of use (“Terms”) and this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) governing the collection, processing and use of your personal data. You agree to provide only accurate, true and current Personal Data to the Provider at all times and to keep it up to date.

No.:699314205, with its registered office at Room 1103, Building 5, Yintian Jincheng, Cangqian Street, Yuhang District,Hangzhou,Zhejiang,China("Provider"). as the software developer and data controller, may process your personal data to the extent necessary for the performance of the contract under these Terms. The purpose of this personal data processing is to provide services, including but not limited to setting up and maintaining your Slog account, ensuring Slog functionality and providing support. The minimum scope of personal data required to enter into a contract with a provider and to set up and maintain your Slog account includes your email address, login credentials, language, currency and subscription details.The provision of other personal data is entirely voluntary, so the extent of data processed by the provider mainly depends on which Slog functions you want to use. If you want to log in via Facebook, Google, WeChat, Apple account, the provider will process the identity details of the corresponding social media account. As long as you use Slog's financial tracking and budgeting features, the provider processes your personal financial information (such as income, expenses and their breakdown, budget, etc.) based on your inputs. All of the above categories of personal data in this section may hereinafter be referred to as "personal data". The provider will process personal data for the purpose of providing the service until it is deleted by you or until the agreement is terminated by you or the provider.
You acknowledge that, as data controller, Provider may process your personal data for purposes of legitimate interest in order to improve and develop the service experience that Provider is pursuing. Where possible, the provider will only use anonymous data for this purpose. Personal data will be processed by the provider for the purposes of the legitimate interests of improving and developing Slog, only for as long as is necessary, up to the time the agreement is terminated by you or the provider.
Provider may appoint third-party data processors to perform certain personal data processing operations in accordance with written agreement and under statutory conditions, but only for the purposes specified in this policy. Otherwise, Provider will not transfer or disclose your personal data to any third party unless you otherwise consent to or initiate disclosure in accordance with this policy, or as required by applicable law.
You acknowledge that, for the purposes of personal data processing, you have the right to access your personal data. If you become aware or assume that a provider or any data processor is processing your personal data which is inconsistent with the protection of your private and personal life or the law, you have the right to contact them regarding the processing of your personal data data and ask for explanations and/or ask them to remedy the situation that arises. You acknowledge that you have the right to receive the personal data you have provided to the provider in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to have such data transmitted to another controller without hindrance from the provider. When exercising this right, you have the right to have your personal data transferred directly from the provider to another controller where technically feasible. Slog's export function allows you to receive your personal financial information data at any time. You acknowledge that you may also contact the Office of Personal Data Protection of the People's Republic of China directly to make a complaint. Payment Information and Online Banking Credentials When you make a purchase through Slog, your credit card information and other data are not collected and stored by the provider, but only by the third-party payment processor.
Certain features of Slog may access and collect your current location data, including GPS coordinates or other similar information about your device's location. Some features of Slog may not function properly if the use of location data is blocked or disabled.
You can also sign up for Slog using your personal Facebook or Google account. In such case, you shall provide the provider with all requested permissions to collect your personal data.
You acknowledge and agree that if you choose to have your user data anonymized as part of signing in to Apple and you later decide to link your Slog account with your Facebook or Google account, your anonymous data may be directly identifiable to you information is associated.
You acknowledge that the Provider, as a data controller, may use your email address and the details obtained during the registration process to send you direct marketing communications about Slog. Providers may use your email until you opt out. You may opt-out at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in the corresponding email or through other actions described therein.
You acknowledge that Provider may collect and use technical data, including but not limited to information about your mobile device and system, internet connection or your use of the Slog application. The purpose of collecting technical data is to ensure quality, increase your experience, and further analyze and develop Slog and related services. Technical Data is anonymous and stored separately from Personal Data so that it cannot be linked back to you in any way to identify you.
Your personal data is automatically stored and processed electronically on secure servers protected by firewalls and physical security measures. Provider's database servers are located in China. Providers must adhere to their high data protection standards at all times. You acknowledge that even if all standard security measures are used by Providers and other data processors, the security of your personal data and other information cannot be guaranteed 100%.
